Description: Alligator Energy Limited is principally engaged in the uranium mineral exploration. The Company is focused on the discovery of uranium deposits in the Alligator Rivers Uranium Province (ARUP) in western Arnhem Land. The ARUP is a uranium province, which is located approximately 250 kilometers east of Darwin, the capital city of the Northern Territory. The province hosts several uranium deposits, including the Ranger No 1 and No 3 deposits, which produce approximately 300 million pounds of U3O8 for export, and the Jabiluka deposit, which is a uranium deposit, having a resource of approximately 300 million pounds U3O8 at grades of approximately 5,000 parts per million (ppm) U3O8. The Company has approximately two active project areas covering over 650 square kilometers in the ARUP. These project areas, Tin Camp Creek and Beatrice, each contain known uranium, as well as the Caramal Resource.
