Description: The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Richard Bernstein Advisors American Industrial Renaissance Index (the "index"). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. equity securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of small and mid cap U.S. companies in the industrial and community banking sectors. It is non-diversified.
