The company also has 92% interest in the Ojtikoto gold project that covers an area of 6,933.99 hectares located in Namibia; and a 49% interest in the Gramalote property, which consists of 17 contiguous claim blocks covering an area of 35,321.74 hectares located near Providencia, Colombia. In addition, it holds interests in various other properties located in Nicaragua, Uruguay, and Colombia. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
