Description: The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq CEA Cybersecurity Index(SM) (the "index"). The index is owned by the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. The index will include securities of companies classified as "cybersecurity" companies by the CEA. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in common stocks or in depositary receipts that comprise the index. The advisor intends to invest in each security in the index. It is non-diversified.
