The company sells its products under the Cavco Homes, Fleetwood Homes, Palm Harbor Homes, and Nationwide Homes brands. As of March 30, 2013, Cavco Industries, Inc. distributed its homes through 50 company-owned retail outlets, as well as through a network of independent retailers, planned community operators, and residential developers in 44 states in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Japan.
