Description: Dividend 15 Split Corp. is a Canada-based mutual fund that invests in a portfolio of dividend yielding common shares, including 15 Canadian companies. The Fund offers two types of shares: Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Its investment objectives with respect to Preferred Shares are to provide holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends of a certain amount per preferred share to yield over 5.25% per annum on the original issue price, and to pay holders the original issue price of the preferred shares on or about the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide with regular monthly cash dividends initially targeted to be over a certain price per Class A Shares to yield over 8% per annum on the original issue price, and to pay holders at least the original issue price of those shares on or about the termination date.
