First Trust Morningstar Managed Futures Strategy Fund(FMF)

Description: The investment seeks to provide investors with positive returns. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve positive returns that are not directly correlated to broad market equity or fixed income returns. It uses as a benchmark, the Morningstar Diversified Futures Index (the "Benchmark"), which is developed, maintained and sponsored by Morningstar, Inc., and seeks to exceed the performance of the Benchmark. The fund will generally seek to hold similar instruments to those included in the Benchmark and seek exposure to commodities, currencies and equity indexes included in the Benchmark. It is non-diversified.
