Description: The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Hoya Capital Housing 100TM Index. The index is a rules-based index composed of 100 companies that collectively represent the performance of the U.S. residential housing industry. The index is designed to track total spending on housing and housing-related services across the U.S. The fund attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the component securities that make up the index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index.
