Description: The investment seeks to mitigate the interest rate risk of a portfolio composed of U.S. Dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds. The fund seeks to invest at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. Dollar-denominated high yield bonds, U.S. Treasury securities (or cash equivalents) and in one or more underlying funds that principally invest in high yield bonds. It is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index. The fund may also invest in other interest rate futures contracts, including but not limited to, Eurodollar and Federal Funds futures.
