Description: The Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in preferred and other income producing securities. At least 60% of its managed assets are rated investment grade (BBB/Baa or better by one of the nationally recognized statistical rating organizations “NRSROs”) at the time of investment. The Fund may invest up to 40% in securities issued by non-U.S. domiciled companies. However, all securities will be denominated in U.S. dollars. The Fund will focus on securities issued by financial and insurance firms. The Fund will employ leverage.
