Description: The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in exchange-traded equity securities of large-cap U.S. companies that exhibit ESG characteristics. It invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets and the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in exchange-traded equity securities of companies with large capitalizations at the time of purchase. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in non-U.S. equity securities listed on a foreign exchange that trade on such exchange contemporaneously with the shares of the fund.
