Description: The PowerShares Financial Preferred Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Wells Fargo® Hybrid and Preferred Securities Financial Index (WHPSF Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in preferred securities that comprise the Index. The Index tracks the performance of US-listed securities issued by financial institutions. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted monthly.
