PowerShares Nasdaq Internet Portfolio(PNQI)

Description: The PowerShares NASDAQ Internet Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ Internet Index® (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of the largest and most liquid US-listed companies engaged in internet-related businesses and that are listed on one of the major US stock exchanges. The Underlying Index employs a modified market capitalization-weighted methodology based on the market capitalization ranking of the Underlying Index securities. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.
