First Trust NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index Fund(QQEW)

Description: The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index(SM). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in common stocks that comprise the index. The NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index(SM) is the equal-weighted version of the NASDAQ-100 Index(R) which includes 100 of the largest non-financial securities listed on NASDAQ(R) based on market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified.
