Description: The investment seeks a high level of current income. Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, at least 80% of its managed assets in marketplace lending investments. The fund invests substantially all of its managed assets in Marketplace Lending Instruments; however, the fund may invest up to 20% of its managed assets in other income-producing securities of any maturity and credit quality, including below investment grade securities, and equity securities, including exchange-traded funds. The fund is non-diversified.
