Description: PGIM Short Duration High Yield Opportunities Fund (Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide total return, through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of high yield fixed income instruments that are rated below investment grade. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the Fund’s investable assets are invested in a diversified portfolio of high yield fixed income instruments that are rated below investment grade with varying maturities and other investments with similar economic characteristics. The Fund generally seeks to maintain a weighted average portfolio duration of approximately three years or less and a weighted average maturity of approximately five years or less. PGIM Investments LLC is the Fund’s investment manager.
