The index is owned and was developed by International Securities Exchange, LLC ("ISE" or the "Index Provider"). The index Provider has contracted with Standard & Poor's to calculate and maintain the index. The index is designed to provide a benchmark for investors interested in tracking companies actively involved in the cloud computing industry. The fund is non-diversified.
