The Company's Cuitaboca Project is located approximately 100 kilometers north east of the city of Los Mochis and covers an area of approximately 5,500 hectares. The Company's Namiquipa silver project is located within three mineral concessions totaling approximately 2,400 hectares and is approximately 145 kilometers west-northwest of Chihuahua City in Chihuahua State.
