Further, it is involved in the research, development, testing, and maintenance activities, as well as warehousing, distribution, and general investment business. The company was formerly known as Chimei Innolux Corporation and changed its name to Innolux Corporation in December 2012. Innolux Corporation was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
