It operates through three segments: Regional Contract Logistics, International Transportation, and Insurance. The Regional Contract Logistics segment engages in domestic full truck load and less than truck transportation, warehousing, in-house logistics, and vehicle repairs for third parties. This segment also provides distribution, home delivery, production support logistics, container transport, and fresh goods logistics services. The International Transportation segment offers international full truck load transportation services, as well as rail and intermodal services; and international collective transportation services. The Insurance segment offers non-life insurance products, such as passenger and commercial vehicle insurance. It also engages in property letting; sale and purchase of own property; vehicle trade; temporary agency works; and provision of warehousing and storage services. The company was founded in 1948 and is headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.
