Description: Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund (the “Fund” or “AFT”) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek current income and preservation of capital by investing primarily in senior secured loans made to companies whose debt is rated below investment grade. Senior loans typically occupy the most senior position in a company’s capital structure and pay floating rates of interest, typically quoted as a spread over a reference floating rate benchmark. The Fund seeks to generate current income and preservation of capital through a disciplined approach to credit selection and under normal market conditions invests at least 80% of its assets in floating rate senior loans.
