Its available for sale securities include state and municipal securities, and mortgage-backed securities-government sponsored enterprise (GSE) residential. It offers noninterest-bearing deposits and interest-bearing deposits. It also owns Community Capital Statutory Trust I, a business trust formed for the purpose of issuing trust preferred securities and investing the proceeds in floating rate junior subordinated deferrable interest debentures issued by it.
