In addition, the company holds interest in the Liard Fluorspar Project covering an area of 1,176 acres in British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Lithium Energy Products Inc. and changed its name to Ares Strategic Mining Inc. in February 2020. Ares Strategic Mining Inc. was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
