The Company is focused on mineral development with a portfolio of vanadium, tin, coal assets and other interests in Southern Africa. The Company’s projects include Uis Tin project and Mokopane Tin. The Uis Tin project consists of three project areas in the Erongo region of Namibia, all with historical production. The Mokopane Tin project is situated approximately 65 kilometers west of Polokwane and 45 kilometers north-northwest of Mokopane in the Mokopane District, Limpopo Province, South Africa. The Project contains historical resource estimates (non JORC compliant) of over 70,000,000 tonnes of mineralized pegmatite, with approximately 95,000 tonnes of contained tin as prepared by SRK Consulting in 198.
