Income is derived from these lands through leases, selective timbering by third parties, sales and other dispositions. These properties include the Jack Frost National Golf Course, Boulder View Tavern, Big Boulder Lake Mountain Club, a commercial property comprised of 3 acres of vacant land, two retail stores leased to affiliates of Walgreen Company, two single family homes held for investment, two sewage treatment facilities, a members-only fly fishing club, a corporate headquarters building and other miscellaneous facilities.
