Description: The Fund will invest primarily in senior secured, floating rate loans ("Senior Loans"). Senior Loans hold the most senior position in the capital structure of a business entity and are secured with specific collateral. Senior Loans are generally structured with floating rate interest payments based off of a spread to a stated benchmark. Senior Loans pay interest rates which are determined periodically on the basis of a floating base lending rate, primarily LIBOR, plus a premium. The Fund will use a research-driven credit analysis approach designed to identify companies have developed strong positions within their respective markets and exhibit the potential to maintain sufficient cash flows and profitability to service their obligations in a range of economic environments.
