Description: Chancellor Group, Inc. (Chancellor) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas production. The Company operates through the technology segment. As of September 30, 2014, the Company did not generate any revenues as its operations focused on the development of its web-based and mobile application technologies. As of December 31, 2013, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries are Gryphon and Gryphon Field Services, LLC. These subsidiaries owned five wells, which are located in Gray County in the Texas Panhandle, of which five oil wells produced, and one was a water disposal well. As of September 30, 2014, the Company had no producing wells and no water disposal wells.
