The Company's subsidiary, Cornelius Nurseries, Inc., owns the Cornelius Nursery retail store property in the Houston market and the related indebtedness. The Company offers gardening clinics that serve gardeners. It offers displays and instructions to aid gardeners with design and color development in their yards. It offers a range of plants, including bedding plants, container creations, tropicals, trees, vegetables and herbs, flowers, vines, shrubs, turf grasses, houseplants, roses, seeds and bulbs, outdoor ferns, ornamental grasses, blooming houseplants and groundcovers.
