Its subsidiaries include Chamberlin & Hill Castings Ltd, Russell Ductile Castings Ltd, Exidor Ltd and Petrel Ltd. Its subsidiaries are engaged in manufacture and sale of engineering castings, emergency exit equipment, door closers, lighting, switchgear and electrical installation products.
