The Video Cameras segment offers closed circuit video or CCTV cameras, equipment, and systems for security, surveillance, and traffic monitoring; and products and accessories, such as cables, camera mounts, and data storage devices. This segment serves corporate end-users, state and federal government agencies, original equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and value-added resellers. Cohu, Inc. markets its products through direct sales force and independent sales representatives. The company was formerly known as Cohu Electronics, Inc. and changed its name to Cohu, Inc. in 1972. Cohu, Inc. was founded in 1947 and is based in Poway, California.
