It also has operations in eastern Europe, South America, the Mediterranean basin, China, Malaysia, India, and Australia. The company operates 138 Karwei and GAMMA brand DIY stores in the Netherlands; 19 GAMMA brand DIY stores in Belgium; 48 Hagebau brand DIY stores in Germany; and 33 Maxmat brand DIY stores in Portugal.
