In addition, it offers management and consulting services to non-affiliated general acute care hospitals. As of December 31, 2012, the company owned or leased 135 hospitals, including 4 stand-alone rehabilitation or psychiatric hospitals with an aggregate of 20,334 licensed beds in 29 states. The company also owns and operates 64 licensed home care agencies and 31 licensed hospice agencies. It has a strategic alliance with Cleveland Clinic to enhance the access to healthcare services.
