Description: City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc is an investment company, which is engaged in carrying on the business of investment trust. The objective of the Company is to provide shareholders with capital growth and income predominantly from a portfolio of mining and resource equities, and of mining, resource and industrial fixed interest securities. The Company may, but is not obliged to, invest in derivatives, financial instruments, money market instruments and currencies for the purpose of portfolio management. The Company may invest up to 10% of its gross assets in other securities that are unlisted or unquoted at the time of investment. Its portfolio of investments includes its investments in various sectors, such as gold, copper, base metals, agriculture, uranium, oil and gas, silver, shipping, alternative energy, nickel, other mining investments, diamonds, lithium, palm oil, treasury stock and preference shares. New City Investment Managers (NCIM) is its investment manager.
