Description: The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Sabrient Defensive Equity Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stock, ADRs and MLPs that comprise the index and depositary receipts representing common stocks included in the index. The index is comprised of approximately 100 securities selected, based on investment and other criteria developed by Sabrient Systems LLC, from a broad universe of U.S.-traded securities, including master limited partnerships ("MLPs") and American depositary receipts ("ADRs").
