Description: Defiance Silver Corp. is an exploration-stage company and engages principally in the acquisition and exploration of mineral property interests primarily in Mexico. The Company has the right to acquire an interest in a property and has applied for a second property, both of which are located in Mexico (the San Acacio Deposit, and the Minerva Property). The San Acacio silver deposit is located in the Zacatecas Silver District, Mexico. The past producing San Acacio mine consisting of over 10 mining concessions totaling approximately 7.46 square kilometers, hosts the southeastern portion of the Veta Grande vein system. The San Acacio mining concessions control approximately 5.6 kilometers of the 8.5-kilometer long Veta Grande vein system. The Company has applied for the Minerva property located in northern Mexico, which comprises approximately 29,000 hectares covering a district with a series of old artisanal mine workings.
