Description: Defentect Group, Inc. is a developer and provider of Internet Protocol (IP)-based alerting system that protects against chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) threats. The Company's product is the Defentect management, monitoring and messaging (DM3) software platform. The Company's other products include DefenCall, GammaTect Zero (GT0), GammaTect Two (GT2) and GammaTect Four (GT4). Defentect's sensor agnostic platform is integrated into existing security system, including CBRNE sensors other than its own GammaTect radiation sensors. DM3 is an intelligent messaging platform. DefenCall enables a user of smartphones (initially, the Apple iPhone) to broadcast information on his/her global positioning system (GPS) location and raise an alert to people who are prepared to respond with help. IGTO is an integration device. GT2 is a Geiger-Muller based gamma detector. GT4 is a scintillator-based gamma radiation sensor.
