Description: DynaResource, Inc. is a minerals investment, management and exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of exploration and development of resource properties. The Company operates through Mexico segment. The Company conducts test mining and pilot milling operations through an operating subsidiary in Mexico, with focus on precious and base metals in Mexico. It owns around 80% of the outstanding shares of DynaResource de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (DynaMexico). DynaMexico owns mining concessions, equipment, camp and related facilities, which include the San Jose de Gracia Property (SJG District), in northern Sinaloa State, Mexico. The mining concessions, which include the SJG District, cover around approximately 69,120 hectares on the west side of the Sierra Madre mountain range. The Company also owns Mineras de DynaResource S.A. de C.V. (DynaMineras), the operating entity of the San Jose de Gracia Project, under contract with DynaMexico.
