As of December 31, 2011, the Company and its subsidiaries were present in a number of countries, including Portugal, Spain, Brazil, France, Poland, Romania, Belgium and the United States, among others. In February 2013, the Company sold a 90% stake in Naturgas Energia Transporte, which is engaged in the gas transportation.
