The principal activity of the Fund is its investment in real estate property. The Fund is a managed investment scheme. The strategy of the Fund is to acquire and hold the properties to provide investors with real estate investment; to implement leasing and active asset management, and to acquire high investment quality Future Assets over the next two years in line with the Fund's investment criteria. The Company’s portfolio includes Auburn Central, Manning Mall and Tweed Mall Shopping Centre, which are sub-regional shopping center; Glenorchy Plaza, which is a shopping center, and Northway Plaza Shopping Centre, which is a neighborhood shopping center. The Fund has sub-regional shopping centers in Taree, New South Wales and Glenorchy, Tasmania.
