It is headquartered in Quincy Illinois and operates offices in Hinsdale, IL, St. Peters, MO, Phoenix, AZ, Philadelphia, PA, Atlanta, GA and Springfield, IL. FBIL II and FBIL III were capitalized in 2003 and 2004, respectively, for the purpose of issuing Company Obligated Mandatorily Redeemable Preferred Securities.
