It also has a 60% interest in AdvisorShares Investments LLC. On November 2, 2009, the Company acquired Whyte Lyon Socratic, Inc. (Whyte Lyon). On March 29, 2010, the Company acquired Weston Capital Management, LLC (Weston Capital).
