Its residential properties include Airdrie, which consists of the communities of Bayside, Bayview and Canals; Calgary NW, which consists of the community of Sage Meadows; Calgary NE, which consists of the community of Saddlestone, and Calgary SE, which consists of southeast land. Its Mixed-use properties consist of North Conrich and Sage Hill Crossing.
