GN ReSound is a manufacturer of hearing health care solutions, offering a range of hearing aids and accessories under the ReSound, Beltone and Interton brand names. Through GN Otometrics, GN ReSound also creates solutions for all types of ear-related diagnostics and is a supplier of computerized audiology and hearing-instrument fitting equipment. The Company’s production is mainly located in China. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had subsidiaries in more than 20 countries, including Denmark, the United States, Canada, Brazil, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and France, among others.
