Description: Graphite One Resources Inc. [TSX-V: GPH,OTCQX: GPHOF] is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of graphitic mineral properties. The Company is focussing its exploration efforts on the Graphite Creek Property, North AmericaâÃÂÃÂs largest known large flake graphite deposit, near Nome, Alaska. The Graphite Creek Property is historically characterized by a series of large-flake, high-grade graphite deposits or showings that crop out in incised creek valleys on the northern, lowermost slopes of the Kigluaik Mountains.On April 15, 2015, the Company announced receipt of TRU GroupâÃÂÃÂs Stage B Report (see the CompanyâÃÂÃÂs news release dated April 15, 2015) which revealed that Graphite Creek graphite has unique characteristics, including spheroidal shaped graphite, high proportions of coarse flake graphite with high aspect ratios and naturally expanded/exfoliated flake graphite. TRU Group also identified the need for additional research and development to more fully understand these characteristics and the impact on processing and finished products.In November 2015, the Company engaged TRU Group to produce trial spherical graphite lab samples for internal assessment of electrochemical performance and for potential end-user evaluation. The Company expects that TRU Group will produce spherical graphite and complete the PEA by the end of June 2016.
