It operates in 21 districts of the state of Gujarat, 9 districts of the state of Punjab, 5 districts of the state of Madhya Pradesh, 4 districts of the state of Rajasthan, 2 districts of the state of Maharashtra, 2 districts of the state of Haryana, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. The company was formerly known as GSPC Distribution Networks Limited and changed its name to Gujarat Gas Limited in May 2015.
