Description: The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large- and mid-capitalization equities in Europe, Australasia, and the Far East while mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the component currencies and the U.S. dollar. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI EAFE® 100% Hedged to USD Index (the "underlying index"), which has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI") as an equity benchmark for its international stock performance with the currency risk of the securities included in the underlying index hedged against the U.S. dollar on a monthly basis. It is non-diversified.
