In October 2009, iTokk, Inc. completed the acquisition of a license to use, sell, market, distribute and/or sublicense various products and services owned by Packetera Communications Inc. (Packetera). These products consist of the Npoints Framework, an application programming interface and click-to-talk and mobile voice-over Internet protocol (VOIP) applications under the trade names itokk.com, itokk.mobi and Itokk wireless. In addition, the Company acquired the licensing rights to various products that Packetera is developing, including Softphone products under the trade name itokksoft.com; virtual calling card products, and social VOIP for Web communities.
