iShares International Developed Small Cap Value Factor ETF(ISVL)

Description: The investment seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE Developed ex US ex Korea Small Cap Focused Value Index composed of international developed market small-capitalization stocks, excluding the U.S. and Korea, with prominent value characteristics. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities and other instruments of the index and may invest up to 20% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents but which BFA believes will help the fund track the index. The index is sponsored by FTSE which is independent of it and BFA. It is non-diversified.
