It also holds 100% interests in the Pedra Branca PGE project comprising 52 exploration licenses covering an area of 56,852 hectares located in north-eastern Brazil; and holds an 50% interest in the Genesis property that consists of six active mineral claims totaling an area of approximately 397.31 hectares located in northeast Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Kivalliq Energy Corporation and changed its name to ValOre Metals Corp. in June 2018. ValOre Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
