The claims comprising the Property are located in surveyed sections 35 and 36, Township 2 South, Range 42 East, and in sections 1, 2, 11, and 12, Township 3 South, Range 42 East, in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The Company's property consists of approximately 31 patented claims and an unpatented millsite claim, covering a total of approximately 460 acres, or 186 hectares. The Company's primary focus is on the mine permitting process. The Company has not generated any revenues.
